"Oh where to start with my roller coaster ride with State Farm...I will start by saying I have A LOT of insurance policies and it is EXTREMELY important to me that I work with an agency that actually takes care of them all. I started with state farm at a downstate office and didn't receive great service so began looking for a local office. I switched over to David Mooneys office which I LOVED. Unfortunately, that office closed and my policies were automatically transferred to another local office. That ended up being one of the worse experiences I've ever had in my life and when I was just about ready to give up on State Farm completely...I was able to get Zach Clark on the phone after hours on a FRIDAY. Immediately I knew that I had contacted the right office, he completely validated my frustrations and understood what I needed/wanted out of an insurance agency. I switched and I'm again a very happy State Farm customer again. Zach is not only a fantastic agent, he's a friend. "I very much appreciated Zach reaching out to me to set up an insurance review, something I hadn't done in about 20 years, and frankly wouldn't have thought about doing it if he hadn't reached out. Everyone in the office, Zach, JohnPaul, and Dan were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dan went over all of my insurance policies, and was excellent about pointing out things that were important to think about that perhaps I was spending too much money on. For example, my deductibles were low for most things that at the time that I purchased the insurance, made sense, but didn't necessarily make sense now. Also, provided other mechanisms for saving money. And of course, there were also things to evaluate that might be new to purchase, but never did I feel like I "needed to buy it".
